#9000 is now less insane, but then it gets insane again.
The channels become even more active, but then you suddenly can't get on the channel now.
Mariobros980 dies, but he creates a clone army of ghosts of himself.

I want a good Megaman II-VI ROM hacking program because the ones I saw are usually just filled with ??? and I don't even know how to use it.

Also, before an admin comes and trashes this thread, I have googled and looked on Romhacking.net and have found no luck.

I got my username from the Half-Life: Opposing Force protagonist, Adrian Shephard.
But because of my stupidity of misspelling things, it turned out Shepard.
Also, some people mistake me for getting the inspiration from Mass Effect even though I have never played that game.
