Mind posting any of the codes and what tile set they need?

105. I want to make a 1 level hack that the level is a castle.

You misunderstood. Those aren't "codes", those are levels where you copy the backgrounds from.

So if you want a castle background, you can copy it from Iggy's Castle (which is level 101) or from Morton's Castle (level 7). I don't think there's too much of a point to make a list since there's a chance you might've overwritten some of those levels; generally you just look around for the backgrounds you need.

Oh. thanks! that should help ALOT.

You know, I understand people making a thread and saying stuff like "To be updated". But to make a thread before you even started? Why?

where you, are the question.
Note, the first tutorial with be about Level Design.

I assume this is you asking for stuff to make tutorials about? Well that's nice and all but I think there are better places to ask.
Not to mention, you've already decided on your first tutorial's topic, so my first point stands.

So, if nothing winds up here in the next couple of days or week, I'll trash it.

How do I make something like that?

With Map16. Open the add objets window, go to Direct Map16 and place those diagonal dirt tiles

Um, well I mean without getting weird slope things which don't work.

Map16 didn't help?

I mean, it's actually pretty easy (if you use the grass 1 gfx set)

dude, how do I do something like that with this much of a garbled

Go here:

And if you want to make tiles that SMW does already have, click #lm{16x} and make them here:

(recommend using pages 2+ rather than the ones already used by SMW)

... If I try to use those tiles, they all act as weird slope thingies
and they never really work.

They should work fine if you're doing it correctly. But if they're not for whatever reason, just go to a blank page in the Map16 editor and set up some new tiles yourself. Advantage of that is you can make some more unique tiles, too, like so:

Just be sure to make them act like tile 25, the blank tile. Also be sure to save it, of course.

(Point of note, though: don't go too overboard with the fancy ground tiles, please~)

First episode of Hack Help is being edited.
I can't open it in lunar magic, I want to edit it so then I can use graphics from the rom in a rom hack.

Lunar Magic doesn't support Super Mario All-Stars. It only supports Super Mario World, from what I know of, anyways.

You can just open the all-stars rom in the YY-CHR, the graphics aren't compressed at all so ripping graphics is easy and simple for most part.

The graphics look all garbled up,
I even changed the diffrent graphic format!
Well, in the Map16 16x16 tile editor, turn on 8x8 mode, and for the blocks that are around the solid part you want, make it act as a empty tile.
Bizhawks for me.
Hack help episode 2 is now being recorded, Episode 1 is now on the channel.

How do I put this politely... It's basically "Cowboy Beboy at his Computer".
I mean, you know if the essentials of LM and such, but it's not really that helpful as apposed to other tutorials. First off, as Berkay said, you can just use CTRL+Del to remove everything from a stage. Second, as she said, it's very, very, barebones. You also need to add some item blocks, turn blocks, maybe some pipes to another level, as well as decorations, level size and such.
Plus, what's with the unfitting music? That doesn't really scream to me "Lunar Magic Tutorial". Did I mention that you can also use Lunar Magic's internal emulator as well?

Lunar Magic has an emulator?
Also, I'm really sorry that the tutorial was not good.

So... how do I hack the game Super Mario All-Stars?
