Hmm... Is this hack going to have message boxes, or the player must learn everything himself? I don't see any message boxes in your hack, you should need one for the bouncy mushroom level.
Also fixed the no yoshi intros by disabling them. There is one ghost house which has a no yoshi intro and needs to be swapped with a ghost house intro. If anyone knows how to do that let me know.
Wouldn't the player start without yoshi already, so its pointless then.

For magikoopa (I think that's what you meant), just use a GFX edit, and for yoshis tounge, use EXGFX.
Some day in the universe it's cool to be a Koopa
And I found someone named KoopaKungFu and his name is Koops
(from paper mario TTYD)
So I decided to use Kooper instead, duh
And the rest is obvious to you
i got this username over seven years ago when i bought it off of an old scraggly hermit who lived in a swamp for 350 pesos and the shirt off my back. it was cool tho since i had the exclusive rights to this name. he also gave me this really weird jar full of this weird smelling stuff and im not really sure what's in it. can anyone identify what it is? i tried to ask the hermit a week after i got the jar but he died. thanks
Is this a joke? What do you mean...?
That's just a jar

Did you have a message box in the original SMB telling you to hit ? blocks? No. You had a goomba that was placed cleverly that the bounce of the goomba would hit the ? block. Cleverly placed sprites say more than message boxes. Example: you know the red mushrooms are bouncy because the first one you see has a goomba bouncing on it.
Don't be very offensive about it. However, if you do that, what did you use? Custom blocks?
And how would we see from your unanimated screenshots? And this is an SMW hack, even though it simulates SMB. If you want to be exactly like SMB, hack it instead.
He wasn't being rude, he was being blunt. Also, we don't need to see animated screenshots - we presume it's down to good level design. Plus, the last part of your sentence makes no sense.
But, I can see where your confusion came from.
I cut down some quotes
I mean, if (s)he doesn't want to do message boxes and/or SMW's features than SMB, then there's no point in hacking it. Don't we hack newer games because of the features?
My first level was an edit of level 105, but not a blatant edit. Instead, I made it only 2 screens long, but contains a huge row of coin blocks (back before I know how to resize blocks form 2x2 ) and on top of them there were mushrooms, flowers, feathers, 1UPdudes mushrooms and 3UP moons (and Yoshi, but who cares about him). That was when I was looking for a super easy SMW but I can't find it so I made one.
Yeah, that's quite a decent number. I think the only games I've beaten this year were The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky (on July 11) and Ys Origin (on August 28). I really haven't had much to play at all in 2015 other than those two.
Also, why doesn't this forum have a game recommendations thread? I know you can ask in this thread, but I feel like separating questions like that would make them less likely to get ignored. It seems there used to be one, but since it wasn't stickied, it's been dead since 2012. Maybe we should start a new one?
Of course. Of course. A lot of people need reccomendations anyway. And you also need attention, so... why not a subforum?
SMW needs to load things too, for real. In Scarlet Devil Mario, an area with DKC graphics need several seconds to load. Oh, and the reskinned Mario Start screen needs an additional 2 1/2 seconds to load.
