Name: Show message 2 only if a certain event is passed

Type: UberASM

Description:
An UberASM code that makes every message block in the level with this code show message 1 unless a certain OW event has been passed, which makes every message block show message 2 instead.

I've decided to bring back Jack-o-Jerry which was first used in 2020, For the avatar, instead of pixel art style, it's now a 3D render.

This is a Halloween-themed hack. There are 34 exits, spread across 5 worlds.
The hack is finished, it just needs beta testing to check for any bugs/oversights I might've missed before I submit it to the hacks section.

How can I make the "Course Clear" text longer to fit translated text in other languages?

The text I want to put is two tiles longer than the English text.

I need to do this to update the hack I've released yesterday, since I forgot to translate that text in the Portuguese version of that hack.

I guess I won't be able to fix this, because BeeKaay has claimed the hack for moderation, so the Portuguese version of the hack will have to stay with the untranslated Course Clear text, unless a miracle ends up happening before he finishes moderating.

The hack has been accepted on the hacks section.

A new version is also available, which fixes a few minor errors, as well as making some fixes on the Portuguese version of the hack (untranslated text and a grammar error).

Quick edit: Forgot to mention, the hack's now available on Romhacking.net! Currently it's version 1.0, but I've already submitted update 1.0.1 and it might be available there tomorrow.

Edit 2:The Romhacking.net download was updated to 1.0.1 earlier today.

Quadruple post!
I've released a 1.1 update.

The update makes some nerfs and some other changes to some levels, for example Rotten Ruins 3, which was difficult due to the Boo rings. I've also added autosave, so you now don't have to worry about going back to the last save point when you get a game over.

The update can be downloaded from this new link. On Romhacking.net, it has to be accepted first before being available there.

I've released a nimor 1.1.1 update.

The update makes a very minor change to a sublevel, and nerfs a jump in Rotten Ruins 4 that's near the end of the level, with the turn block bridge. This was done due to the hitbox of these bridges.

It also translates two more things I forgot in the Portuguese version, which is the Abandoned Mine A level name, and the 1UP/2UP/3UP/5UP graphics. I was watching a Brazilian Twitch streamer playing the Portuguese version of the hack, and noticed these two things weren't translated.

It's time to bump this thread for the last time, because Christmas is coming, and I've resumed work on this hack to finish the 2 remaining worlds!

So far, 2 levels of world 4 are finished.

Level 1:

This level has two variations of rideable falling leaves. The white ones are safe, while the blue ones are so cold they hurt Mario if he touches them.
Ignore the time set to 0, this has been fixed.

Note that world 4 currently doesn't have a name.

Level 2:

This level doesn't have any new enemies, but the Bullet Bills that freeze Mario from the third castle come back in this level.
I've also changed the status bar's font and the item box graphics.

Here's level 3:

This level has Bucket Heads, an enemy that first appared in the first castle. This level also has autoscrolling.
The background is from the Cable Car cutscene of Pokémon Ruby/Sapphir/Emerald.

And here's level 4:

This level has Flurries, an enemy that first appeared in Snow Plains 3.

Also, I forgot to say this in the previous post, the background of level 1 is a custom one by Gamma V, and the background of level 2 is another custom one, also by Gamma V.

Here's castle #4:

This level has Ball 'n' Chains that freeze Mario if he touches them, like the Bullet Bills that appear on castle #3 and the second level world 4.

And here's Blue Switch:

In this level, you have to melt the ice blocks with the Fire Flower that you automatically collect at the very top of the level to reach the bottom. Just before you reach the bottom, you can collect either a 1-up or a 3-up moon.

World 4 is now finished. All that's left is world 5, which is the last world of the hack.

Started working on the last world of the hack, which is going to be a city-themed world. This world is going to be called Bowser's City.

Here's Bowser's City 1:

This level has a variation of the Volcano Lotus that shoots iceballs instead of fireballs. They hurt and freeze Mario if he touches the iceballs.
