I just tried inserting this on a ROM with the following things applied, and the game freezes on a black screen after the Nintendo Presents.
So there must be one or more things that are incompatible with this UberASM:

70. Super Mario Flash: Super Mario World Remake
71. Luigi's Misadventures: Tsux Namine's Factor
72. Luigi's Misadventures 2: Leviathan's Mania
73. Luigi's Misadventures 3: Recipe for a Disaster
74. Luigi's Misadventures 4: Galactic Kids Next Door
75. Luigi's Misadventures 5: Rougenia Merald's Challenge
76. Waluigi's Road to Glory: Horlogic Will Go On
77. Classic Mario World: The Magical Crystals
78. Classic Mario World 2: The Great Alliance
79. Classic Mario World 3: The Finale
80. Super Mario World: The Princess Rescue
81. Super Mario World: The Princess Rescue 2 - Luigi's Journey!
82. Super Mario World: The Princess Rescue 3 - The Turnabout
83. Super Mario World: Quest for Gaming
84. Super Mario World: The Crown Tale
85. The Adventures of Bucken Berry and Ala-Gold
86. Sicari Remastered

The "Special Cases" section of the "All Hacks" page says to submit graphic base hacks to the Graphics section, but the "Graphics" page says these kinds of hacks are no longer being accepted.

Might want to make an edit to the former page to remove the mention of submitting graphics hacks, or edit it to say they're no longer accepted.

Two more things (they are very minor):
1. Core value 4 of the "All Hacks" page is missing a period after the word "rejected".
2. On the "Screenshots" page, below this image:

This image's caption says "A external", it should be "An external" instead.

I can confirm the patch does not work for me either.
Are you making sure the unmodified ROM you're using to create the patch is an actual unmodified (clean) ROM, instead of an expanded clean ROM, or if you aren't swapping the ROMs (selecting the hack as the clean ROM, and the clean ROM as the hack)?

To check if your clean ROM is actually clean, use Romhacking.net's online hasher. If your ROM doesn't output the exact same info as shown below (for example, if it says "Database match: not found"), then it's a modified ROM:
Code
Database match: Super Mario World (USA)
Database: No-Intro: Super Nintendo Entertainment System (v. 20210222-050638)
File SHA-1: E7C9D2954AED2814FBB43F259AEFC25404DA8463
File CRC32: B9B52E0F
ROM SHA-1: 6B47BB75D16514B6A476AA0C73A683A2A4C18765
ROM CRC32: B19ED489

And I just tried downloading the new patch, but my browser only redownloaded the old patch that got deleted before the new patch was uploaded. This is due to CloudFlare caching, since the new patch has the same file name as the deleted one.

Looking at that submission, it appears to be the exact same sprites from the sheet that OP linked, as the author name is the same. I assume they couldn't find them on the section and thought nobody had ripped them yet.

Welcome to my thread for the 2024 Summer C3!
This time, I'm releasing a compilation hack, which has most of my levels that were made for contests (including my levels for the KLDCs I've participated), collabs, a level made for SMW Maker and an unfinished and unreleased vanilla hack that was being made in 2017.

The following levels have not been included:
* BLDC #1 (2019) - Bro's Plains (used LX5's powerups and screen-scrolling pipes that were included with the base ROM)
* HLDC #2 (2019) - Scary Land (used a patch that disables mosaic fade transitions)
* CLDC #6 (2020) - Trinket Searching (had an edited status bar along with changed player graphics, a custom global song and a few hex edits)
* QLDC #1 (2021) - The 0 Coin Blocks (made use of the Sonic powerdown patch along with changed player graphics)
* BLDC #2 (2022) - Quicksand Beach (used some custom blocks that were included with the base ROM and I decided to not include this level for now)
* QLDC #2 (2023) - Moving Hole Forest (used the moving hole fix patch that could break other levels along with changed player graphics)

Please note that the hack has some bugs and issues right now, read the "Known Bugs and Issues.txt" file to know about bugs and issues currently present on the hack.

If I make a FNaF-themed hack, I'll definitely use that Toreador March port!

I wish that SNES Staton menu theme port was released, would be nice to see it being used on other hacks.
