I'm working on a custom overworld, but I'm having a bit of a problem. I am trying to link two submaps together using a pipe, and at the exit of the pipe, I can't move, even though the Layer 2 event for the level is activated with a silent event allowing access to the other submap. I made sure that the level I'm trying to be able to access isn't event activated and is always available, but it's still not working. I simply can't go to it. Here's kinda what my OW looks like:

Submap 1
| Pipe1 <--- Level1 |

Submap 2
| Pipe2 ----> Level2 |

Level 1 activates event 70, which shows the top path with a normal event, and then the bottom path with a silent event. The pipes are linked fine.

I'm making a beach level with Layer 3 high and low tide and would like to have a portion where the player has to avoid jumping Cheep-Cheeps by riding on dolphins. However, the dolphins that I placed in the Layer 3 water don't appear when I play the level (probably because it's not registered as a water tile). Is there any way I can change this?

Yes, I sometimes get that when adding a large number of sprites.

Unrelated, but was your layout actually removed or is that text on purpose?

The only thing I can think of is screen boundaries. Are they on the edges of the screen? Otherwise, I'm stumped.

Thank you! I can't believe I didn't think of that!
