In 1971 a band called Death was formed. No, not the thrash metal band, a punk band -the first of its kind. However they were way ahead of their time, formed in the disco era, so they never made it big. However, about 8 years ago an album was found and released. Seriously, this is better than most punk bands in my opinion. Thats considering you like the old school punk sound of course :p
