names aren't always that important, I would name it something epic and let the hack speak for itself. Or, start editing without one and when you decide on a general theme for your hack it might make naming it a little easier.

so, many crucial tools/programs provided here are giving me issues. So far, the following tools give me the '_____ has experienced a problem and needs to close. Please tell Microsoft about this problem!'message:

Addmusick
Bsnes
Ow sprite tool
Mario assembler
Tiny mid2mml converter
Winzip
And a couple other midi related programs that I deleted and can't remember.

I'm using plain old windows xp home edition, sp3. Anyone else ever encountered a similar issue that might help me?

Also, this thread could fit in a couple categories, but I put it here. Feel free to move if necessary

I wrap duct tape around lighters in a decorative fashion and the sell them. Sounds silly but I've made over 100 of them and sold about half of that (the dispensary was buying them from me for a while)

Here's a pic of some ancient ones from 2012

Which of the following is illegal?

A: uploading a level file to my file bin
B: inserting custom music made from a midi of an existing song
C: creating a custom song BASED on an existing song but not a copy
D: all of the above

Figured this was easier than multiple threads

Interesting... I thought maybe the level file thing was covered by the Nintendo copyright thing. As for the music, I had in mind looping of certain beats of songs (Dubstep and rap beats, epic metal riffs, etc)

3 nights in a row I had very similar dreams, all involved getting in a fight with a huge Samoan guy, in different places each night. And each time, I ended the fight by splattering his skull and brains all over the place. One night was a powerful kick, one was a ddt, and the last one he was on top of me punching my face so I wrapped my legs around his chest and slammed his skull all over the self checkout area at the grocery store.

Don't worry, I've had many conversations like that #smw{o_0}

I got something I gotta get off my chest. Why is it that hack moderation has turned into something else over the years? What I mean is, there was the old way of doing things (here's what I liked about your hack, here's what I didn't like, and here's why it was removed) and now this new, more unconstructive kind of review (here's all the reasons your hack sucks. Thanks for providing an awful experience and a waste of time). I'm not just basing this on my hack but many others within the first 2-3 pages. Is this just the way it is now? Cause I'd rather have some actual feedback instead of sarcastic dumping on the quality of my work.

I can take the fact that my hack wasn't that great, but i made and uploaded a hack in 2008 that definitely matched the description of a first hack. Terrible. But I don't remember the review being as brutal as of late. Also it was wiped in 08 due to some sort of incident so I can't actually check the old hack log For an example.

So, it's kinda like the extra guard tower off of Goldeneye, it had a purpose at one point but then they decided not to use it but they left it there just to taunt you
