What do you call a Kaizo hack that is literally impossible to beat?
Bad?
Panga: I'd go with the second, if only to avoid the 'or', which makes it easy to find where the name inspiration is.

I'm starting my own Kiazo styled hack known as 'Do-able Kaizo'(Beta name, may change). I've started work on it today and I should have it done by next week. The aim of this hack is to be a kaizo game but slightly easier than the other kaizo hacks out there. This is my first hack, so don't expect something mind-blowing. Just about 1 world of hard levels. If I find that I enjoy hacking, maybe I'll release some more stuff after 'Do-able Kaizo'...
What.... exactly, is the point of such a hack? An ugly gltichty hack that's not that hard? I don't get it.
If you want a theme, have 21 stages and name them after the tarot. Instant theme, and it makes you sound deep to people who are misinformed!!
Isn't Black 3 actually Remix 2? It's daigaidai's third hack, but technically it's 'second' in the series, I'm not sure how come the third one is done first.
Also yeah, the last few bits are pretty stupid hard, looking at his channel, it's more Anakiti hard then Kaizo hard.
Will you combine the applicants together in one big hack at the end?
The inconsistancy is because dude used the smwcentral official contest op and forgot to modifiy some important details.
Actually, I'd like to know about that 'can very timimg intensive things like throwing a key to go in a pipe' rule, if it'll get you disqualified or not. Because I might play around with my thing I did back when we where having a 'collab final level' for the hard level pack.
Can I ask the attraction towards having 'hohoho look at my dozens of exits!!!!' ? Doesn't it make more sense to make one or two exits like a 'real' smw level and polish them/ make them stronger and more worthwhile?
I also like the VIPs a lot, even if some of them have faults due to the nature of compilation. Especially the early Vips, there are issues with stackiness or cut-off sometimes, but the later Vips (and hell, late-game of the early Vips) really overshadow that with the greatness.
And hey, startin' with Vip2 Carol becomes a contributer and half the forum here fawns over his stuff.
All I know is that jesus personaly told me the thing is almost done. I get the feeling that if jesus is done before daboys, he'll just consider it done and that's that.
Do you still have all the suggested musics for those that asked for specific ones?
You could just send all that information over, that would at least stop us from having to start all over again.
Dude, be aware that the 'romhack lper' thing is pretty much saturated, so expect to have to work a bit to stand out.

Haven't played it, but your little gif slide-show there makes it look really interesting. It's nice when hard-hack take the extra effort to be pleasant on the eyes.
Just figured I'd go out of lurking to share that!
Not gonna lie, going by the trailer this looks pretty dang nifty!
Just wanted to say that cookie dipping action was pretty rad.
Is my hack project 'kaizo'? I was setting up to do something on the tought side, but I never expected it to be 'kaizo' hard at all. Now I'm afraid of being in this weird "in between world".
(I know about the orange pipe, it's my 'skip ahead test pipe'. I also know about the score)
Aww man, and I don't know if I want to change it since it "flows" so well.
Guess I gotta face te facts I am a kaizo hacker
A question for all you fine folks:
Would it be okay if I played all the participant hack over the next how-many days as a way to showcase all your work to a bigger populace? A typical video of mine on youtube gets a little over 3000 views after 24 hours, and I figured it'd be a nice way to bring all your hard work 'out there'.
I just don't want to assume "it's okay", since some people might not want the exposure.
There's a difference between 'playing the whole thing' and putting clips here and there together into one video.
What I'd be proposing is essentially a mini-lp for each level, one per day (so that'd last for a whole month, I realise..!)
True.
Is there a way to send one pm to multiple people?
edit - also some of these are suprisingly hard to download for some reason.
