I shouldve mentioned I was using the 32x32 patch cuz I was looking at that exact file when i was researching this. Could I somehow relocate the standing animation to the unused slot in 8?

It's old and I'm not 100% sure it'll work but I know powertool
can edit graphics and frames for existing power states including adding in new ones so maybe that might be something you can look in to.
