So in one of the levels in VIP Mario 6 and some other hacks,there is an effect(i think)used which makes animated leafs go in a diagonal path.How can i do this?

So,i dont know if a lot of you know who im talking about, so before i go on,let me explain.
MiOr(or Romi) was the creator of Mario Fantasy,an awesome hack that i would recommend to anyone, and had made the most used version of Spritetool(he might be the original creator,i dont know).
So,now that thats out of the way,what happened to him?He just kind of...vanished after 2012(i think).Can someone please explain this?

Super Mario Odyssey
This hack had 1 demo.IT WAS UNBELIEVABLE.It was like a bored god made a smw hack.If only it were still going on.

Mario Fantasy
This hack was made by MiOr/Romi.The hack a neat graphics,cool sprites,and amazing bosses!

Super Mario LD
This was made by a guy named EXTRA.He released a shit ton a demos for it,but never finished it.It seems like it was almost done,but then EXTRA just vanished completely.Leaving nothing behind.

Im working on some custom graphics for mario in my hack.I have it mostly completed,but when big mario runs fast, the arms are still leftover, even though i thought i removed them. the same happens when he soars.

I have decided to change pretty much the whole game, making a new one in the process. The overworld is currently being worked and most of World 1 will be scattered to some different worlds. Sorry for the bad news!

2017-18: carol will return. EXTRA will create a SMW Central account as well as several other Japanese hackers.
2018: The mad scientist ASM event will create discord between various users, including carol. romi will return.
2018-19: Brutal Mario will be finished.
2019: Super Mario LD will be done, then EXTRA will disappear. SMWCP2 will be released as well as JUMP 2.
2020: VIP 7 will be done and will conclude the series. Carol will stop hacking. Koops will be admin. VIP 8 will begin progress, but will shortly be cancelled. Super ASPE World 2 will do the same thing
2021: Most Japanese hackers will have moved on/vanished.
2024 Most of the SMW hacking community will have moved on.
2025: SMWC will be closed down.
2026: The remaining wads of hackers will create a new SMWC, but this site will shortly be closed down. The rest of the community slowly dies off.
2028-????: Who knows.

UpBForVictory: I thought about that,but those graphics were a bit too plain(?) for my taste.
I would use romi's Mario graphics, but he is gone with no way of contacting him. So, they are illegal to use.
(Plus,those graphics you mentioned used a LOT from romi's graphics.)
