EDIT: I have fixed the problem. Mods can close this down if they want (if that is how this forum works)

So, I downloaded a sprite and everything went well until I tried inserting it into my level with the insert button on the keyboard, after that, all of the other sprite's graphics became garbled up. The weird thing about this is: the sprite I downloaded had no ExGFX.

Here's a screenshot of what the sprite did to my level:

(The green spike is a green koopa, the red spike is a red koopa, and the yellow spike is a yellow koopa)

Oh yeah, also, when I kill anything or collect any coins, I see these orange boxes instead of the coin sparkles/dust.

By the way, the level I'm using is a cave and well, the sprites I downloaded and inserted are these sprites:

Is there anyway to fix this?

If my thread does not have enough information, please tell me. Thanks for taking the time to read.

EDIT: I used the newest Romi's Sprite tool BTW.

I've solved the problem

So, I continued to make my level after I solved the graphics issue, and well, when I went to test it, there were invisible enemies. They always reappear in the same spot every time I enter the level. Also, in Lunar Magic, I can't see them at all; they're invisible. I also tried to delete the enemies in Lunar Magic but I can't.

Here's a video to see it in action:

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Echo buffer exceeded total space in ARAM by 0x0200 bytes.

What does this mean and is there a way to fix it?

I'm sorry if I sound stupid... But, what is a port?

Why did this happen? How did this happen? Is there any explanation to this? How can I fix this? How can I avoid this for the future? Why water? Is there any info I can give? If so, what kind of info?

Water Corruption

EDIT: Water works NO WHERE in the hack.

I've installed NoSpriteTileLimits a while back, I've been using Romi's Spritetool and Blockreator (I haven't imported any blocks yet), I've used CFG Editor (I've inserted one of my sprites that I have made with it, but, it didn't work). I have older copies of my hack and the water only does that in the recent copies.

If I installed an old patch that had a bug, but then a new update came out for that old patch and fixed the but and I installed the updated version while still having the old version, will both patches overlap?

I know how to patch IPS files but what about BPS files?

I have no clue to why this is happening, and has been happening. The only patch I've ever downloaded was No Sprite Tile Limits and that's it. I've tried many snes emulators and my hack still got corrupted from swimming in water and shooting fire. Does anyone know why this happened/why this is happening? Is there anything I can download to fix it?

Okay, here's the floating IPS download for my hack, it'd nice if someone were to dissect it or something to find out what's happening:

Also, my rom is now a smc.

What are the other issues? And if you can, can you post a screenshot of them, or maybe even a video?

So that's why I kept randomly bouncing and dying.

Okay, so.. How do I use rom clean on an extended rom, or an edited rom? I want to try cleaning my rom but I got an error message saying something the last time I used it (I'll get a screenshot of what it said in a little bit).

Note: The last time I used it was when my sfc transformed into smc.

How do I transfer my stuff from this rom to a new one? Do I get some kind of transfer-er or do I just rebuild my hack by hand on a new and clean rom?
