It's been far too long since I've last worked on my hack. Well finally, I'm resuming work on it, and my first act was to create a new tileset for the forest. While it's not yet complete, here are the graphics I've been making as seen in the editor (provided by a link for being too large). Feel free to supply any questions or comments if you'd like.
Turns out yesterday we went outside to eat dinner at a friend's house. My oldest sister left early because she had to do some stuff. We were chatting and all, when she calls my dad.
Poeple broke into our house and robbed everything they could. Apparently a window was forced, and they got into our house like that.
They took our computer, they took our wii and all of our games, they took some bags, they took lots of clothes, they took everything they could. Something funny though was that our TV was lying in our yard. Apparently they couldn't pass it over the grate, so they simply left it behind.
Thankfully lots of friends of my parents came and helped and someone even lent us his computer (hence why I'm typing this). But man, this seriously suck. They also robbed pretty much every christmas present (only the "big bags", thankfully [which didn't have more than things like clothes]), but some gifts were hard to find and cost a good amount of money.
AND I lost ALL progress of my hack, and some of my ports that I hadn't released, and some compositions, and drawings of my sister, and some information of the job my oldest sister has.
So yeah... Hopefully we can retrieve our stuff or at least replace them with something new... MAN this sucks.
I'm sorry to hear that I hope you can replace your stuff.
