My sprite tool (Romi's v1.40) is causing my rom to glitch..
I've been searching for the solution but I couldn't find it.

Here's the problem: Some of the custom sprites I've inserted won't appear in the actual game.

Isn't that odd?

Sprite number A6 (Chain chomp) is supposed to appear in level 19 but it won't.
BC should appear too but no.. they don't appear.

Should I redownload the tool?

Yeah, as Kristian mentioned, make the skull raft ride shorter and put a few more sprites into the level.
Also, at the end, the screen scrolls up when Mario enters the level. You might as well fix that. Set the values of the layer 1,2 (FG,BG) initial position to FG=00 BG=00.

But I think there aren't any problems in the level (cutoffs and stuff..).

oh, and I love the music of that level! :D nice!
