As the official mouthpiece of the Triumvirate, I am here to announce Their decision regarding two EUC applications They've received.
In accordance with §P17.1 and §T23.1, They have granted partial EUC permission to both parties. As both parties requested the entire userbase, They have decided to split it up evenly and randomly to avoid any form of bias on Their end.
As specified by §P17.1, both parties, "System" and "Chester" are given the EUC level status of General of their respective half of the userbase. Standard EUC protocol is now to be initiated at SMW Central.
The duration is left undefined - as allowed by §T23.2.4 - and the protocol will therefore be terminated when They deem it appropriate.
For staff members:
The Triumvirate has ordered a restricted level 4 EUC protocol. Confirmation code TRI-6991-0182-1593-H as of 2012-04-28 with mouthpiece signature 183-R as of 2012-04-28.

3) Only threads which are deemed "C3 material" are counted. The threads should in some way revolve around Super Mario World, ROM hacking or C3 itself. Only threads that showcase something - be it hack releases, screenshots, Let's Plays of other people's entries, C3 related podcasts or similar - are counted.
4) If a person makes multiple threads that could easily be merged into a single entry, they will be considered a single thread from a scoring perspective. For example, if a person is releasing several ExGFX sets, they will be considered the same submission. However, a single person releasing a hack, some graphics sets, some music tracks and an ASM hack, this would count as four distinct entries.
5) The decision of the Triumvirate is final and cannot be challenged.
6) To remove unfair advantages, the Site Assistant status and powers of both Chester and System are hereby revoked. As a neutral party, I - The Magician - shall in the meantime take on those responsibilities.
7) It is my understanding that most C3 events have some form of avatar-related gimmick. As such, I hereby announce that the dress code for the duration of the event is "homemade war gear".
8) I've also been instructed to tell you to enjoy this event. I don't know if that's meant to be interpreted as a request or a demand.

The founders of the external portion of this website believed that all of SMW hacking could be accomplished simply by providing for five things: Musicality, Architecture, Reprogramming, Illustration and Organization.
They were wrong.
What they failed to realize is that there is a sixth pillar to SMW hacking, the most powerful and important of them all. It's the load bearer; the other five only acting to keep balance. A pentagon and a midpoint.
As the full moon once again shines on the five pillars, the magic therein reveals the sixth pillar.

If you have been following the posts in the C3 general discussion forum, System has taken some items from me that I hold very dear to my heart. The first 3 people that PM me the location of all eight 8-bit items, will receive a special badge.
What do they look like you ask? Well they are SMB1 themed of course! And System has hidden them within various posts and threads of the C3 forum. An "?" block, a brick block, and vine tile, etc... I just don't know what I would do if I couldn't find these items.
Help me SMWC, you are my only hope.

Yes. I have a magical dimension only accessible to the DLS. The DLS members are the only ones who can access the banner keep as well.
