How about another new beta test so we can help find bugs and glitches to make development easier.
Thank you AlexNo. I will play this through when I get the chance and report bugs, and more if I find any.
I feel its worth mentioning that bringing yoshi into levels breaks the game on the wii emulator.

Yes, SMW is sort of slow when it comes to traveling long distances of the overworld (though that is kinda mitigated by the Star Warps), so this is really useful and clever.

I'm trying new Mario GFX in my hack. What do you think? Credits to neweegee from MFGG.

I think it would be best if you stayed with the SMB3 Sprite design as I feel that design fits the atmosphere so much better. This Mario Sprite looks very weird and sloppy in my opinion.
That new Mario Sprite looks a lot better and it's awesome with it's smooth animations along with the new HUD which gives this hack a lot of personality and stand out from the others. Keep up the great work.
This hack actually looks interesting because of the custom graphics and new power ups. I recommend changing the name to New Super Mario Remix or New Super Mario SNES edition. I like the new power ups. Just keep doing your best to make this hack enjoyable when it's finished.
Good luck to this hack.
Everything looks amazing from the new Sprite work, parallax scrolling, color choices, and the asm and gimmicks. Definitely turning out to be one of the best Mario hacks.

However I must ask do you have any idea what the other worlds in this hack will look like. What world types do you have planned like desert snow, beach, city, etc.?
I agree. I would keep the 1-1 you have already and make this like 1-7. It helps in that now you have an extra level.
Graphics look awesome like always and cannot wait to play the full game. However, will that checkerboard background have a paralax scroll effect kind of something like this?

Wow, that ice/water effect really looks well done. Reminds me of the water effect in Hydrocity Zone Act 1 and Launch Base Zone act 2 from Sonic 3. Makes me wonder what other graphical surprises you have in store for us.
If you want nice planet graphics try these, they're from Ristar on Sega Genesis/Megadrive. Just a suggestion.

This in my opinion fits it alot better.
