This should get rid of the ( ), but keep in mind it will not disable the function of the status bar item. So if you get an extra powerup that would normally go to the status bar, you can still drop it by pressing select.



And also the status_double.asm how do I disable these parentheses as well

2nd World is grassland, 3rd World is desert, 4th World is Beach, 5th World is cave, 6th World is mountain, 7th World is cherry blossom, 8th World is space, and 9th World is dark or bowser. So they are 9 worlds

I'm guessing that value that gets added to the status tile is related to its position on the satus bar, so you should change X to an hex value that suits your needs.


What hex should I put for that says !status_tile+$X
