Don't know how to direct it to the specific graphics I want...
What is and How do I apply/use UberASM?
I'm trying to use these overworld gfx, but pipes don't use, desirable, colors. One row above the row in the palette used by pipes by default with the custon palette file looks great for pipes, but not other 16x16 tiles. How can I set the colors to the ones I want?
No, I did not #smrpg{sick} thanks! #smrpg{y}
Simple question, how do I make a block end the current level, with or without the goaltape effect?
Wowow thank you #smrpg{y}
Edit: CAN i get regular level music? It's giving me castle music
Another edit: It's giving me castle music how can I toggle between regular stage beat music & castle (boss) beat music? #smrpg{ohno}
So I wanted a block that can end the level if Mario hits it, I asked and got this code (credit to Thomas)
LDA #$0B : STA $1DFB  ; music
LDA #$FF ; show level end card
STA $1493
STA $13C6 ; remove this line if you want Mario to do the full goal walk

It works, but It plays castle level end music, and I couldn't find a way to make it play normal level end music. Help? is this too early to re-ask?
Edit: Oh, sorry, but is there a version with a secret exit? Never mind.
I know how to make a block end a level, but how can it end the level in a secret exit? What code should I add?
The Mario GFX file, (GFX32?) it's a mess. Halfs of Mario are located everywhere, so you don't have an easy way to see what it will look like.
Shouldn't there be a tool that makes it easier? why hasn't anyone made one before? Has anyone made one before? If so, oof.
I have an idea for one, one where you edit not the actual GFX file, and you edit something else that's more organized. And at the end, it re-arranges it into the original GFX format?
TLDR: Is there an easier way to edit Mario GFX than YY-Chr?
Edit: Wrong Forum!!!!
The Mario GFX .bin? It's a mess. Has anyone had a problem with this? You have half of jumping mario away from the other half, it's as tedious as hell to make. Is there a tool to make them that's easier? Specialized? YY-Chr is usable, but it's undesirable.
You mean lunar Magic?
Do any patches exist that add the box-like thing that ends the level from Super Mario Bros. 3? Can I make the random item block in SMW end the level?
