Hey, how possible would it be for someone to port the song All Star by Smash Mouth (the song from Shrek)? I'm hoping to use it in a troll hack.

Name: All Star
By: Smash Mouth
Type: Port
Sample: No
The song from this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L_jWHffIx5E

BTW, I'm very new to romhacking and would appreciate any help :p . Thanks!
My first hack is currently in the works. PM me for details!
------
Mario and the Missing Cap

Bowser is fed up with Mario and realized kidnapping Peach is pointless. He has decided to go after something much much more important ... Mario's cap! Mario must traverse through various lands until he retrieves the most valued possession.

Hey everyone, I'm a noob and would really appreciate some assistance :p

So I'm attempting to add screen-scrolling pipes into my rom, specifically GreenHammerBro's pipes, with GPS.
I copy pasted the list of blocks into the correct text file in GPS.
I put the SSP_Tiles folder and the FaceYoshi.asm routine in the correct places inside GPS.
I also imported the map16 file to my rom.

What I don't understand is what I must do with the SSPDef folder and the UberasmTool folder. I decided to just bring my SSPDef folder into the GPS folder (and did not use the UberasmTool folder) and I ran GPS and got the message "All Blocks Applied Successfully." However, when I copied the pipe tiles from map16 into my levels, the tiles merely acted as cement blocks rather than pipes as I desire.

Again, I am extremely new to rom hacking and would love some help! I don't know what I may have to do with my UberasmTool folder or if I'm making a stupid mistake in my map 16 or what.

So if you wouldn't mind helping out a complete noob, I ask someone who's a little experienced to help me with my issue. Thanks!

Does anyone know where I can find the block graphic with the skull that is commonly used as a death block? I've seen it in a ton of rom hacks and do not want to create one myself.

This one? It's the Tornado Ted blaster.

Not exactly I don't think. These are the blocks I'm looking for.

Is there a way I can attain this graphic without having to edit it myself? I don’t see an easy way to edit this nicely in map 16 and would prefer not to use some other software to edit it

Okay, I guess I'll give YY-CHR a go! Finally, is there a place where I can view what graphics are stored in SMW's vanilla GFX files?
Request: Super Mario Maker: Spike

I'd just appreciate if someone could acquire the spike graphic from SMM for use in SMW. I don't care which game style the spike is from since they are all quite similar. Spikes are seen on left side here:

Thanks!
I'm making a nice 1-exit hack and didn't feel like doing much to the overworld. My level has a space background so I thought it'd be nice to do some very simple edits to the star world section. Thoughts on how this looks?

I have seen that rule and so I might work on an overworld to upload the hack, little annoying to me though :p
I'm trying to use ExAnimation to create blocks that change when an ON/OFF block is used.

My problem is that I don't know how to load page 6 of my 8x8 editor. When I click Page Dn., the furthest I can go down is to page 5 up to tile 5FF. I eventually just tried to animate the tiles not using page 6, but it doesn't work as ExAnimation will automatically fill the frame slots with 600 if you put a lesser value. Any help on loading page 6?

To enable those pages press "Ctrl+Shift+PageDn" in the 8x8 editor. You'll be able to access the other pages using Up/Down normally in the editor after doing that.

I tried that but it is only shifting the currently selected 8x8 tile :/
I'm definitely pressing Page Dn.

Technically since I'm on Mac I'm really pressing "Command + Shift + Page Dn." but I don't think it should be making a difference. Arghh

Why is Lunar Magic like this :(

Just for clarification, the AN2 GFX file should have the format ExGFX[number].bin (mine is ExGFX600.bin). Is this correct or should the file have a different format?
If you're talking about blocks that come with Blocktool/BTSD, you can download the .zip files with the blocks in the Tools page
What's the question? Kinda confused by what you said

Hello, good night to all. So, my question is this: Has as the low mario to use the sprites of big mario?

Thank you, for reading. :)

There is a program called YY-CHR that you can download in the "Tools" page. This program allows you to edit sprite graphics. In order to make the small mario sprite appear as the big mario sprite, you must replace all of the small mario sprite graphics with the big mario sprite graphics. I do not know exactly how you should go about changing the damage region for the sprite, if you want to do so. For that, I recommend learning more about what codfish1002 said.

By the way, I used Google Translate to translate my English to Portuguese since I think you're from Brazil. Trying to help!

--------------------------------------------

Tentando ajudar!
First, thanks for making Lunar Magic, it's a wonderful tool !

Suggestion : Can there be a button in the 8x8 tile editor (or somewhere) to access the AN2 graphics file? The only way to access it right now is to press "Ctrl + Shift + Page Dn." I'm someone who uses Lunar Magic on Mac (utilizing a program called Crossover) and many keyboard commands don't work!!! Also, it's hard for Windows people to even know that you can only access it using a keyboard shortcut. PLEASE make this button !!!

It’s just a very simple suggestion that I think would improve ease of use. Hope you see this and possibly address it, FuSoYa.

It'd be very much appreciated !!! Thanks!
Calling all Mac users ! ! ! (and tech savvy people !)

I’ve been running Lunar Magic on my Mac with a program called Crossover completely fine. I’ve also run many other tools such as AddMusick, Romi’s Sprite tool, Asar, etc.

I’m now trying to run UberASMTool but whenever I go to run it, the window opens and closes very quickly and Crossover says the program has returned a value of 255. I’ve tried using WineBottler as well to run UberASMTool but haven’t gotten that to work either.

Has ANY Mac user ever been able to user UberASMTool on Mac and how so? Or is it obvious that I’ve been missing something/doing this all wrong ?

Would REALLY appreciate the help ! ! !
