there's a reset door to the left if you manage to make it back there, but if you don't, yeah, you just fall in a pit and die.
and... it has indeed been finished in time! I don't know if I'm 100% satisfied with how it turned out, but what's done is done.
the first half has had a quite a few tweaks done to it, but most noticeably, it now has a castle looming in the distance and improved fountains.
some previews of the second half, which takes place inside said castle.
and last but not least, here's the link to the level itself. if nobody finds any major design flaws or oversights today, I'll go ahead and submit it.
