I can definitely say the ExAnimations Tutorial by MolSno is Good

Specifically, all of the tiles highlighted in green here from GFX 28/29 are used for the title:
(the tiles highlighted in red are used for the overworld, so avoid overwriting them)
You can also change which graphics files are used by actually just going to the title screen level (level C7) and changing its Layer 3 settings under .
What!? Okay, so you can effectively change the Title screen by creating, for example a couple ExGFX's, and changing out GFX28/29?
So recently this something I've been curious about, is it possible to set ExGFX to only happen , or trigger, when you complete the Special World ? Similar to how the Koopa's turned to masked koopa's and bullet bills into Pigit Bill's. I understand GFX31 is the file the originally handles the enemy's change, is it possible to expand on it?
If so how is this done?
So maybe I should have phrased this differently, but, I'm actually working on a hack. I would appreciate any help, thoroughly and sincerely. Please, if anyone has anything they know about this topic, let me know, when possible. Thank you.
Hey! Thanks so much for the reply. See I wasn't really sure if anyone had tried or thought about this before, I searched the SMW help forum, and discussion forum and found nothing related so.
But I had no idea it was kinda an untouched aspect. The idea I suppose is to have more enemies change their appearance based on whether the player has passed the Special World or not. Basically the same way SMA2:SMW does things.
That does seem hacky, but it also might actually work decently. Hey thanks for the idea, So how are custom triggers set up? I've used ExAnimation quite a bit for a few things, for example a have the Goal Post, and Keys(SMM2 shimmer) Globally animated, whereas I have Bullet bills animated on a per level basis, but those are different for obvious reasons. Can you elaborate?
Also I love your, "The Doctor" Mario themed avatars!

I get most of what you are saying, and I knew it had something to do with level 125! But honestly ,at this point ,that is one or two notches above me. But without asking you more questions I still wouldn't know quite what to do. In theory it sounds like it would achieve what I want, though.

See I did try this, but I sadly couldn't get it to work. I'm still just learning the UberASM Tool, and I'm not sure I did it right.
So I saved your code, as SW_Custom_trigger0.asm, then I put in the gamemode folder. Then in list.txt I listed under gamemode's as, 14 SW_Custom_trigger0.asm
Code
; Game mode list. Valid values: 00-FF.
gamemode:
14 SW_Custom_trigger0.asm

This is custom Super Mario All-Stars buttons for Lunar Magic.
Just unzip into the same folder as Lunar Magic 3.11 and you are good to go. Applies to Internal menu's like, Map16 and Palette editor, as well.
These are edits of Mogu94's buttons, so they work in modern Lunar Magic. Hope everyone is enjoying it so far!
I'm rejecting the old request, here's a different one
Name: Improved Press R to Switch Characters.
Type: Patch/ UberASM/ Gamemode

Description: An update to JackTheSpades Asar patcher add-on to Lunar Magic, or if someone could just upload the original version, seeing as the download is no longer available on the original page.
