(sorry, it's on a different language).

it's basically saying that the program is unknown and it may be a
risk running it.

i'm using a freshly installed windows 10 machine and i maybe a security setting that is making this happen.

Please Help!

Hi, this is my newest that i've been working on it since the end of 2020.

In this hack i have got a bit of inspiration in the aesthetics of older hacks (but with more polish, so, no crazy non-sense mixes that are not aesthetically pleasing) and some new hacks.

Following the direction of my previous hack "In A Random Adventure" that failed to reach at least 1000 downloads, i'm trying to create levels with a certain focus on one (or more) sprites (but not always following it completely like in "In A Random Adventure"), this is also the first hack i'm doing that Luigi is the protagonist.

Simple games to more or less refresh my game creation palette so I can feel like I have enough things getting done and completed.

I also am really proud of one project, that involved site schemes that are interesting, and hide some secrets...or even have the ability to hide secrets to the language translation system.

Won't lie, I am really itching to share some stuff off but that will have to wait til the next up coming C3. Why? Because it is going to be quite big. (Maybe)

But at the very least, maybe I'll return one day. If the call is ever given I'll probably take it.

Until then, time to do "regular user" things, like posts. Imagine that. I still got a ways to go for 5k but maybe it'll be reached.

In the meantime, time to post my pi project thread! ^.=.^

Will we have dynmap or any other similar map viewer thingy? It was pretty nice to see various creations in the previous iterations of SMWC's Minecraft servers.

Not for now, as I've known dynmap to cause all sorts of issues server performance wise. Perhaps its something that can be looked at/trialed down the line, but not yet.

Will you port it to bedrock?

Then I will do it by myself

Is your ROM in the same folder as AMK?
Are you correctly typing its name and extension?

I did but keeps saying Rom not found

Wait, but YUMP 2 is kaizo hack and it's pretty polished too. Are you sure this hack is good example for this contest?

Yes, hacks like YUMP 2, R-ACK and others that are not taking themselves very seriously or are setting out to be a technical challenge capture the spirit of this contest pretty well. YUMP 2 has a Kaizo:Light categorization only by virtue of having levels that require kaizo know-how to 100% the game, there are still many levels within that hack that would fit this contest's vibe.

I will reiterate that the rule against levels that are predominantly kaizo-designed is to afford the judges and anyone looking to play the entries an expectation of the base level of technical know-how required going into them, i.e. the staples of kaizo: regrabs, shell jumps, momentum conservation, item abuse (in the kaizo sense), glitch tech, etc. are all off the table.

I'm making a hack right now!

since emulators have different ways to read ROM content, i would like
to know which one is the best for SM64 Hacking. (No viruses like project64 who's installer is bundled with a bunch with adware)

The latest PJ64 installers don't have adware anymore, it's safe to install. I'd either recommend the latest Project64, or Retroarch with the paraLLEl N64 core.

But Project64 keep asking me to support Project64
