usually if there isnt any Map16Page.bin or Map16PageG.bin which every fg is supposed to have one then you gotta set up the tiles by urself which will take a while

Edit: no i didnt see any Map16Page.bin or Map16PageG.bin when i downloaded it

there not refering to those, in Blocktool whenever you insert custom blocks with a .bin file theres always offsets that you have to set, like what Alcaro said.
