I had a love for technology at a young age. I remember when I was in my booster seat and I wanted to desperately sit on the other side of the side the steering wheel was on, just because the lights from the dashboard were cool.

I always loved to look at toy cars and especially remote control cars. In first grade and second grade, the computer lab teacher taught me how to make a webquest (it was a really bad piece of work, but it was quite a feat for a first grader), and from there, I started my hobby.

In fourth and fifth grade, I joined my school's tech team, and we made a lot of videos that we entered to contests here in Hawaii, and we actually won stuff. It was pretty awesome.

After I went on from elementary, I was enrolled in a private school. I didn't do anything my 6th grade year, but that summer, I took a robotics class. Now, robotics is my biggest hobby. Yet, I find that I am experienced in almost every field, and can do anything I want as long as I put effort into learning how.

I'm still a child right now. I'm still in school. My hope for the future is that I'll be some sort of engineer, working with technology that I'm interested in, every single day.
In my fourth year of Spanish at school. I still can't put together amazing coherent sentences using the stuff we learn in class. I can put a lot of simple sentences together.

I also know how to speak and hear Cantonese. I can barely speak anything well in Cantonese, but I can understand pretty much every single thing said to me. My mom speaks Cantonese to me, and I reply back in English. The rest of my extended family doesn't know how to speak English either pretty much.

I plan to try my hand at learning Japanese sometime. I want to start myself as soon as possible, but I don't think I'd be able to balance that with what classes I'm taking next year.
It depends on the person. I used a keyboard instead of a controller for over 4 years, and I plugged in a controller recently and I couldn't use it at all. It doesn't matter for what game, I'm terrible at pretty much every controller game.

Why was this thread dead for at least a few days...?

Would 19-minute long levels actually drive someone crazy...? (One section was inspired by Touhou, and another by a kaizo hack. One by the fact that I just like the look of a medium autoscroll.)

Why wouldn't it be? There isn't much to discuss that hasn't already been discussed.
10th place. Neat. I'm quite surprised since I did the whole level in around 3 days.

This is now an incentive for me to join the next one.

I'm willing to take the risk. Besides, I have AVG, and that got rid of the threat for me.

This mindset is how you get viruses. Sure antivirus programs can help, but if you keep having this mindset that you are willing to take risks and visit malicious sites because you think you are invincible, then you are bound to get a virus sooner or later.

There's really no need to keep worrying about the site either. Just download chrome or firefox or something so it warns you when a site is malicious. I don't see why you are making a big deal about a site like this because they are everywhere.

Also I don't think SMWCentral is in trouble of being hacked from the bug found recently. Not sure what encryption Kieran uses but really, there isn't much worth 'stealing' here.
He didn't. He said that his virus protection warned him that there was a threat detected and you might get a virus if you visit.

I'm not saying that you aren't okay to visit this website; I'm sure that there isn't anything that your AVG couldn't block from going to this site. I am saying that you should stop having the mindset you are invincible.

Websites can be malicious and download things like trojans and stuff. Just be careful.

I had to look at this one cross-eyed to easily read what it said.

You just blew my mind
All PC because I don't own any consoles

Alan Wake
Castle Crashers
Dead Island
Dead Space
Deus Ex
Mirror's Edge
Torchlight II
Borderlands 1 (I played 2)
Saints Row 3
Sanctum 2

Games like Alan Wake, Borderlands, Castle Crashers, Sanctum 2, and Torchlight II are games that I haven't been able to play because I've been so busy with school and extracurriculars that I haven't been able to feel a drive to play these games. They're probably good, and I want to play them sometime, but they don't fit my tastes the instant it comes time for me to choose a game I want to play.

Games like Deus Ex, Dead Island, Mirror's Edge, and Saints Row are games I haven't been able to play mainly because my computer isn't strong enough to play these without experiencing some bits of lag or they don't run. It's hard to play games with lag, and these games are games that are pretty much impossible to play on the computer I own. Saints Row in particular has a problem with crashing on startup on my computer, so I haven't even been able to start it up.

Games like Sanctum 2 I want to try out, but I don't have any friends that I hang out with online that own the game. I might ask the friends I play games with to get it.
Can't tell you what my favorite idea is, but my poorest idea is Megafonzie.
Demetori - Emotional Skyscraper ~ World's End - Remix of Emotional Skyscraper ~ Cosmic Mind

Alllevelsatonce - Polaris - Remix of lots of songs in Cave Story. Mainly main theme.
Games I bought so far:

They Bleed Pixels - $2.49 (Original $9.99) - It's been pretty fun so far. Not great, because the difficulty and physics are a tiny bit weird, but a good game to waste time with

The Impossible Game - $2.99 (Original $4.99) - I bought this game because I liked super hexagon. This game is harder. I can only play it for like 10 minutes at a time before getting bored of it, though.

Skyrim - $4.99 (Original $19.99 as of 6/22) - I don't even like medieval type games, but I'd be wasting money NOT buying this. /s

Stanley Parable - $5.99 (Original $14.99) - I haven't played it yet, but I heard it was good and definitely worth the $6 this sale.

Spelunky - $3.74 (Original $14.99) - Lowest the game has ever been, and I've been meaning to try it out. Haven't played yet.

ORION - Dino Horde - $1.49 (Original $14.99) - Heard this game was shit. Expect shit. My friend made me buy it.

I have $22 left as of this post. I may buy more steam cards since the sale isn't even close to over. Also the daily quest is rigged

Man PC games have a really murky design. Is there something for Nintendo/Bomberman/Banjo Kazooie fanboys like me? I'm not into PC games really except "Siedler"(no idea how it is called in English)

Look into indie games.
Often times this is accidental input from the touchpad when you are typing, because your left palm can manage to tap the touchpad. If there is a way to disable tap-to-click with your touchpad, I'd suggest doing that. Normally you can't do it through windows options, you have to find your touchpad's application. (Ie for Dell laptops there is a program called Dell Touchpad)
Are you sure you haven't muted your mic with F2?

Do you mean you want to record game sounds?

Are you sure your other settings are set in a way that you record sounds? (I havent tinkered with OBS too much, but I think there are audio settings in the Encoding and Broadcast Settings).
I haven't used Xsplit too much myself, but apparently it's a lot more for professional streaming and such. However, from experience, Xsplit uses up a lot more processing power. If you have a good computer, Xsplit might be better (though as said, it does cost money)

Admins can read your PMs if you notify them that you have received a hostile message.

I can't understand why you would want to block people from posting in your threads, though. Even if you hate the person, if they provide discussions that are on-topic, they deserve to post in the thread. Now, if they spammed nonsense in the thread, that's where you just message a mod the link to the post, etc.
It's actually relatively easy to do something like this in Sony Vegas, but as you probably don't want, it's a very time-consuming process to create something nice.
