It is essential for my hack that I get anything that will help keep my coins at 99 even if another coin is obtained.

e.g. 98 + 1 coin to 99
99 + 1 coin stays at 99

I don't want the 3 coin counter or the 6 coin counter as they cause problems.

I have just a demo of my hack and I decided to patch it. But after I did this I noticed a glitch in the OW. I then went back to the original and found a bad check sum. I tried to use LM to get it back to normal but it didn't work, even with the 'Maintain Check sum' option enabled. The glitch causes me to head to Valley of Bowser 1&4 (which is the Bonus Game Level 0).It also causes NO movement when completing the level. Can someone help?

EDIT: Turns out it glitches if I change the name. Can someone still help? It has the wrong name...

Is it possible to edit the asm that makes you restore to small Mario to work except that you return to Big Mario instead. Can anyone explain how. It will be a big help.

Does anyone know how to reduce the file size of a ExGFX made in YY-CHR? As when I save it shows it as 8KB and all the others are 4KB. When I put the ExGFX in it glitches the whole level.

So how do you actually put the code in? Is it as a sprite because if it is, what do I replace and don't you need two files for a sprite anyway?

Sorry, I'm bad at this and I need to know how to get the Coin from the coin game cloud as as a sprite.

Try clicking the button to the right of the lakitu head (fish swimming?) and click the drop down list on Layer 2 (BG) Scrolling rate and click any that has V-Scroll on None.

EDIT: This is for the first glitch only - No idea on the others...
Two days ago, I downloaded LM 1.64. Everything was good so I went to check on my OW for improvements. But then I found out that my OW was gone! I tried to do everything to bring it back. Even my backups haave done this. It reset my OW to the standard SMW OW. Does anyone know why or how to fix it.

Nope, tried both and it still fails.

Oh, well. It seems I have to start my not-so-complicated OW again...
I just wanted to see if I could save time from doing it again.

Then again... maybe I should start again...
Go to ZSNES, then click CONFIG on the top and go to SAVES. Then go to the place were it wrote rewind and click the three letters/lines (depends if it is filled in or not) once clicked enter the button you want. (I use backspace). Then set the top figure to 99 and the second one to any respectable number (do it low if you want to rewind a bit and high if you want to rewind a lot).

I uploaded my hack mentioning this problem. Does this mean they will ignore it?
You could change Level 104 to fit your background liking, but I don't think you can actually change their movements or the Yoshi's (I'm unsure).

But if you want to change the name of the enemies, you could use the SMW Enemy Names exporter/importer tool found in the tools section.
I think the "invisible deaths" might be that you may have set the game play properties to lava and not a slope.

To change them, go to the 16x16 tile editor, click the tile that is causing problems (try and guess, more or less) and see if it is treated as 16x16 tile 4 or 5

Otherwise, i don't know...
That's not ExGFX, that is normal GFX. Just overwrite the old AllGFX.bin in the Graphics folder with the new one here.

Alternatively, you could use YYCHR and 'merge' the two together by finding what is different about the two and overwriting the old part that you do not want.
