Use Snes9X 1.51 v6. I just tested in that emulator and it is able to record mouse input to an SMV file. To enable the SNES mouse, just hit 7 while running Mario Paint (it is advised to enable it before starting to record to an SMV file).

EDIT: Test SMV (done with the JU version):

Some users drop the 777 part of my username, whereas a few other users shorten my username to "fsv" or capitalise the f in my username. Though, I don't really mind that.

I've seen a lot of users mistype my username (sometimes into an unrecognisable mess). However, that makes me rather laugh, because I know that my username isn't that easy to type out.

Allow me to quote one of Richter's lines:

Die, monster! You don't belong in this world!

Anyway... my favourite video game characters are Mario, Mega Man and the Belmont family (Simon, Christopher, Trevor, Richter (that's all I can think of... for now)) (also, they're all from the Castlevania series).

The best thing is that it was celebrated country-wide, too.

Yeah, thousands of Belgians made a "révolution des frites" (French fries revolution) on February 17th. There are some videos about it on YouTube (though, a lot of them are in French).

..though, to be quite honest, if the N-VA (Flemish nationalist party) didn't win the elections in Flanders (the Dutch-speaking part of Belgium, for those of you who don't know what it is), this would've never happened in the first place.

On a further note, I'm kind of concerned by the political crisis in Belgium, since I'm part Belgian... and I don't want Belgium to split into 2 different countries. I mean, over 250 days without a government? And it's a democratic country, for crying out loud!

Hourra.

Having played one of the earlier demos of this hack, I have to say that it is indeed a pretty good hack. I'm definitely going to play it.

Hooray for Koumajou Densetsu (Touhouvania, basically) wallpaper!

I know, it's still cluttered as ever... but at least it's a break from the Mario wallpaper I had for several months.

I've played:
Castlevania, Vampire Killer (the MSX2 version of Castlevania), Simon's Quest, Dracula's Curse (the Japanese version, titled 悪魔城伝説 (Akumajou Densetsu) has a better soundtrack thanks to the additional sound channels of the VRC6), Super Castlevania IV, Rondo of Blood, Bloodlines, Akumajou Dracula X68000 (including its PSX remake, titled Castlevania Chronicles), Dracula X (SNES), SotN, Castlevania: The Adventure, Belmont's Revenge and Castlevania: The Adventure ReBirth.

Sorted in order of preference:
Super Castlevania IV > Rondo of Blood > Dracula's Curse > SotN > Akumajou Dracula X68000 > Belmont's Revenge (amazing soundtrack for a GB game, IMO) > Castlevania: The Adventure ReBirth > Bloodlines > Castlevania > Dracula X (SNES) > Vampire Killer > Simon's Quest >> Castlevania: The Adventure (the soundtrack is quite good for a GB game, though).

As for Simon's Quest being second-to-last in my list, it's not bad, it's average, in my opinion. The only bad Castlevania game in my list is Castlevania: The Adventure, mainly because of the horrible jumping physics.

And now for several Castlevania songs which I believe are underrated:
Aquarius from Akumajou Densetsu
Ripe Seeds from Belmont's Revenge
Death Fair from Castlevania: The Adventure
Load BGM from Akumajou Dracula X68000

We haven't had snow yet, but I read in the news that this winter is going to be particularly rough, with temperatures going as low as -25C in January. I'm not looking forward to it at all.

As for university, I have Monday and Tuesday off next week.

On another note... It's my birthday today! I'm now 20 years old... but please keep the birthday wishes in the appropriate thread.
