Tip: Ask the author for permission before extracting any resources, such as graphics, music, or ASM from a hack or other non-public source (such as SPC files).
You should be able to sumbit levels, in lunar magic insertable form. Like a hack but much easier, especially if your haveing trouble fitting a level you really like into a hack.

I had this idea for a game, called Captain awesomepants (sweet name eh?) and I drew the levels on paper. They reminded me of smb3. I downloaded a level editor for smb3 (I was already way into roms) and after realizing it sucked, seeked out a new mario game to edit, and seeing as smw was my second favourite I googled and found lunar magic. I got it (from this site actually) and my imagination bloomed.

Give soul to your levels. If you have a level you're really proud of, add some easter eggs, like your favourite joke or quote. And try to break the fourth wall, it makes the player lighten up, and that's always cool.

On my paper mario catricge(and this happens often) the screen goes black and odd words and numbers show up. I had nightmares about it when I first saw it.

Something about mario's pallete, When he changes from big to fire he flashes between Normal mario and luigi palletes, so keep that in mind.Also just to claim my pallete, Don't use green hat and orange clothes ro I'll Kill Skin you alive beat you up Kindly ask you to change it.

This looks interesting. I can't wait for a demo. As for who shadow mario could be... Luigi or don pianta from pmttyd. How badass would that be? Luigi angry at his brother for taking the attention, I've always wanted to have M and L fight eachother. But I dunno. So don't give up, I wanna see this one published.
