Did you patch it correctly? Example did you:
Get a clean rom? (not giving out links, it's illegal, google it)
Use Lunar IPS and when the window came up, clicked apply, found the IPS, opened it, found the clean SMW ROM, opened it, and patched?
Edit: Oh and about the name C3.spc, I tested it on my C3 rom and messed with it that way so that's why it's called that. I forgot to rename it too but doesn't matter at the moment anyways. Oh and I still gotta loop this but if anyone wants this when it's fully looped, tell me.
I'm guessing you mean me.
Anyways yeah I was a little iffy with some instrument choices. Also no this is done besides the instrument changes. Oh and it has 7 channels, I'm cutting some out though due to very very small parts. I should have it looped by tomorrow after school. I'm a little too busy atm to finish it.
Oh and to mention, this is my 2nd port I have done, first was crap.
Of all the glitches mentioned in the first post, which ones are present on LM 1.71?
LM 1.71 itself has no known glitches. All the problems people have are caused by external code (patches/tools) not being compatible with LM's new features. FuSoYa will never fix those, as they're pretty much our fault.
So, how can I be completely sure that my ROM will not have any problems if I use LM 1.71? If I load the hack, edit it, and it plays normal, would that mean my hack will work alright?
As long as you don't use outdated patches and tools like the old btsd, etc, you should be fine.
MarioMaker6: yes, read the recently fixed section in the readme that comes with lm 1.71, the fixes section.
