Nothing really exciting here. Just a normal american 18yo who likes hacking one of the best Mario games ever (not the best compared to Paper Mario 64 =P). I will note that I am an extraordinary person. And by that I mean I am extra-ordinary.
I will willingly test hacks, given that I have the time.
So I've been working on the same hack since I started hacking. It was almost complete, then I stopped working on it. I only had about 9 levels for that though, and only used one submap. Now, I have been working again on the hack. I have renamed it to RTCTG, which is reference to FF1, meaning "Restore the Crystals to Grace". The hack will now use all the overworld maps. It also has a various amount of ASM put into it, including the Revised knockback patch and a patch that edits the yoshi powerups. I will be trying to keep the hack close to vanilla, but I will be using ExGFX in places where I want/need them, but I will keep them relatively close to the original SMW graphics. If you are interested in seeing more about RTCTG, there is a topic in the Hack discussion for it. There is also a link to my YouTube channel in my signature, which showcases some of the bosses and other things in the game.
