hi, i'm charlotte. i am the site manager of smw central, although i primarily handle staff management and site events. you can often find me mingling over at our official discord server. i do not fulfill password resets or name changes, but one of my fellow admins will.
i am also an avid hacker, and have been involved in a few projects:
full hacks:
YUMP: a joke hack collab with jump team that initially was meant to harken back to the days of old protonjon / azureblade kaizo hacks. it became something more.. harrowing. i contributed a few levels.
JUMP½: you know what this is already. i contributed only a few levels.
🐭 So 2 Mice Walk Into a Bar... 🐭: this was a collab hack with S.N.N. he built most the levels, but i made them really pretty looking.
contest levels:
Sandy Seafood, VLDCX: my first entry to a vldc, netted 8th place. it was an alright level.
hyperousia, KLDC 2017: my first real kaizo level ended up getting 2nd place. it's probably all thanks to that surprise chomp shark.
lightest, CLDC 2018: i created this level with Katrina, and it was not made in lunar magic. at the time it was one of the few smw levels to ever use a non-horizontal / non-vertical shape, but with lm3.0 that is defunct. the fact that it uses 4 interactable layers is less defunct. it ended up winning 1st place.
Canon of Shenandoah, BLDC: an entry into smw central's first ever BLDC, otherwise known as baserom level design contest. i collaborated with GbreezeSunset, and we ended up getting 2nd place.
Circadian, KLDC 2020: my second ever kaizo level. it was a collaboration with Medic, who handled all the crazy asm. it ended up getting 5th place.
Newo, Niiwin, etc, 24hosmw#12: this contest's theme was about making a level incorporating the concept of "four" into it. this was due to it being hosted on feb 29th, a day that only happens every four years. it ended up getting 3rd.
i also own 1-Up World, a partnered Discord server about all things mario. come give us a visit over at discord.gg/mario!
