In Super Demo World: The Legend Continues, when the center level of Star Road is exposed, finding one exit reveals a red star and the level is still playable and finding the other exit turns it into a yellow star and the level is sealed off. It happens in this order regardless of the normal or secret exit being found first or last and last I checked with Lunar Magic, it's not possible to pull this off normally... is it?

The DWTLC method is mostly just a matter of editing the reveal tile list ("Overworld" menu, and "Edit reveal tile list"). You can set up a chain of tiles, such that tile 1 reveals into tile 2, tile 2 into tile 3, etc. You'd then set your events to all "reveal" the same location, and place tile 1 at it. That way no matter the order you do the events in, at the end you get your final tile.

There's at least 3 unused entries (they currently reveal into tiles 52,53,54), so you should be able to pull it off. Just remember you're not supposed to "reveal" tiles on a submap other than the one you're currently on, so it may not be suitable for your situation if the levels being passed are on other submaps.

And since you don't want the early tiles to be enterable, you may need to look into using a couple of tiles 83-86. Or maybe not, depending on how you set things up to walk to it.
