Romhacking stuff:

  • SPCs: most of my ports (includes unreleased/unfinished stuff, quality may vary).
  • Samples: various sample packs (mostly ripped from SNES soundtracks).

  • Stoned: my KLDC 2020 entry, which got 3rd place. [Clear video]
  • basedballs: my BadLDC 2020 entry, which got 1st place. The level is intentionally bad and sadistic, so play at your own discretion. [Clear video]
  • Acidjazzed Evening: my VLDC12 level, which gets its name from the song I used. It got 22nd place. [Clear video]
  • yet another kazio level with black chocolate blocks, jank and a starry background: my 72hoKaizo #1 level. Made in 3 days, so expect it to be bad. [Clear video]
  • Photoshoot: my 24hoSMW #13 entry. I decided to code something new for it, so I didn't have much time for the level design after. It ended up getting 4th place. [Clear video]
  • Extended Athletics: mine and dogemaster's entry for KLDC2021. It uses similar mechanics from my BadLDC level (but in a not-so-sadistic way) and the name comes from its theme (extended sprites aka projectiles). [Clear video]
  • Roy's Castle: my OLDC2021 level. Not much to say about it, it's just a hard level.
• C3 Stuff: Show/Hide
  • An "easy" to use Reznor sprite, where I showed off and released a (mostly) bug-free version of my Custom Reznor sprite.
  • A bunch of SNES ports, where I released some random ports I made throughout the year and "Diving" from Waterworld.
  • An ode to cement, just a joke thread, if you want to kill your eyes off then you can play it.
  • fever dream, where I released the "Radical Dreamers" OST and sample pack (and also an update to PetiteMM).
  • Stuff I found in my laptop: a dump of a lot of unreleased resources I made during the years.
  • SMWCentral's Time Capsule: where I collected user-submitted stuff in an archive, which I'll reopen in 2031 (if I remember).

Some tools that you may find useful: Show/Hide

• BRRTools v3.17: update of BRRTools that handles the AMK header (using the one from the Tools section will give you the "Sample size -2 isn't a multiple of 9!" error when using it with AMK). Use the "-m" flag to add the AMK header to the samples.
• Echo volume converter: converts the echo volumes from any SPC to values to use in SMW ports (since they need to be adjusted if the SPC doesn't use a master volume of $7F).
• Frequency to pitch converter: converts a frequency value from Hz to the equivalent SPC pitch value. Mostly useful when making your own samples.
• SPC700 ADSR/Gain converter: finds the ADSR/Gain command value from the values you see in SPC700 Player.
• Volume and pitch calculator: finds the output volume given a global volume, channel volume, panning, quantization and $FA$03 values; also finds the output pitch given tuning, note and $EE values.
• Linear gain calculator: finds an approximate linear gain value to obtain a certain change in envelope over time. I've used this extensively for my Plok, Spiderman and the X-Men: Arcade's Revenge and Winter Gold ports.
• Max volume finder: finds the highest v command value in a given port. I use this sometimes to rebalance volumes in SPC2MML ports.
• Panning fixer: small Python script that inverts all the pan values (yXX, $DB$XX, $DC$XX$YY) in a port. Useful for certain N-SPC games that use panning in the opposite way as SMW (i.e. they have y0 = left, y20 = right), for example Alcahest and Kirby Super Star. Also works for raw nintspc mml outputs.
• SPC noise values: a list of all possible noise frequencies of the SPC, given the nXX value.

• Wrapping up the Retry UberASM for submission: almost there (just missing some documentation stuff)
• WIP Kaizo Light hack: 1 level completed
• Last Bible III Soundtrack: 100% completed
