I'm just a 16 year old guy who loves SMW hacking.
I started around June 2008 when I started to get serous with Lunar Magic (first time - one look, to much work) and began with my hack that I named Mario and P-switch Isles.
I didn't do a very good job back then, there where much cutoffness, it was to differcult and unfair at times, but not hard enough to be kaizo hard (which inspired me, by the way).
Six level later and I had already had time to learn how to insert blocks, when I found a plothole in my story, which made me do a second hack.
Super Mario World, Bowser's Revenge was it called. I'm sure it is a common name, but whatever. I made a few levels, and the design got more creative as time flew by.
Then, it happened... I destroyed the rom by mistake...
I had no backup either, I was really upset (yes, I'm a nerd) and I destroyed everything SMW related on my computer.
It would take months before I finally would begin all over. New hack on the line - NEW Super Mario World - the Kaizo Returns!
After finding this awesome site, I got me some music, sprites, graphics and blocks, and started making the first world. When it got rejected in November 2008, I thought of coming to youtube, and let a Let's Player show it of.
That didn't go so well though, I told the fuy several times what to do, but he didn't listen.
So I continued the hack, another guy made two parts, but he quit after that.
The last world was almost forced out of me, it was so boring working with it, so I decided to give it up.
Introducing: Waluigi's Treasure Hunt!
And soon to come: Deffon's Adventure!
At this point in time I knew about ASM, it was so awesome, and I made a big bunch of blocks and thanks to IceYoshi, I'm making my very own custom sprites!
I will release WTH at December, or something.
