Hey, internet person. I'm Fyre. I make kaizo levels, port music, and often think about puzzles.

I've been lurking around this site passively since 2008, although I've known about SMW romhacking since 2006. I think I had an account on here sometime after 2008, but I don't remember.

Hacks I've made/contributed to:
- Purgatory: my first kaizo hack, a love-letter to various platformers I've played throughout my life. (6/25/2021)
- French Fries & French Toast: two kaizo hacks in one package, consisting of some nonsense levels I made rather quickly. (8/14/2022)
- Fail World: a collab kaizo hack dedicated to  YouFailMe. I made some levels, ported a lot of the music, and handled the managing of the project. (12/13/2022)
- 10yumps: a collection of consistency challenges and crappy levels that some friends asked for. I cannot recommend anyone play this. (1/1/2023)
- Seek the Discrepancy: a silly puzzle hack I made in roughly two weeks; a sort of love-letter to various puzzle experiences I've cherished. (5/2/2023)
- La Mansion De Benja: a short kaizo hack with race levels made for the event of the same name, which ran in late-April 2023. I handled the baserom for the project, provided two levels, and made the overworld. (7/14/2023)
- 10yumps2: another one of these. I can't believe they got me to make a second one... (1/1/2024)
- Reverie: a cryptic puzzle hack Abdu and I made; originally for the Questionable Hackjam, this version has way more content (perhaps too much). I designed the world and the puzzles; I ported the music, and even wrote some songs. By far my favorite project to work on. (7/6/2024)
- Moon Finder: a moon hunt in SMW, fashioned after Super Mario Odyssey's Hint Art moons, that Mega and I made. A fun little project that we sat on for a while. (8/29/2024)

Some notable contest levels:
- Filtration System: my entry for KLDC2021. It tied for 7th place. (Video)

- Transition Metal: my entry for KLDC2023; a collab with Abdu. Tied for 6th place. (Video)

- switch palace level: my entry for 72hrKaizo #2. It got 4th place. (Video)
