The level design in this hack is pretty okay. There are a few parts that bring it down, however. The switch palace, while okay, there were some unnecessary (?) items. You didn't need some of them. Not exactly something bad, but it is pointless. The second part of Fries Woods could have been better, too. You'll most likely want to fast-forward there as there's a lot of waiting. The castle was not very good, too. The first part of it felt short, while the second part was very long. (and extremely repetitive, but I'll get to that later.)
Aesthetically, this hack was okay just like the level design. There were a few weird looking stuff, but nothing that will hurt your eyes. The overworld had some perspective errors, too. I'm also not a fan of the water being nothing but blue. Would've been nice to see actual water instead of solid colors. It had a few poorly made ports, too, but the actual problem is that the custom music breaks on accurate emulators. In Sauce Cave, the music will break. If you exit the level, it will just crash. Also, after you finish the hack, the music will be muted. Again, not a major problem, but would be nice to see it fixed.
This hack uses little to no ASM. The only use of ASM I noticed was to give Ludwig more HP, but that wasn't a very good idea. He likely has more than 20 HPs, and it just makes the battle much more boring.
Overall, this hack could have been better. Voted 2 stars.
