Tip: Switch palace switches normally disappear if you replay the level. However, if you insert them as direct Map16 and use the hex-edit at $00EEB2 in the ROM map, you can replay the level without a problem.

Level design usually is not too bad, but it sometimes feels empty. Other than that, the levels aren't half bad, I had fun. There are some level specific issues, though, such as blind jumps, and glitchy tiles.
Graphically, it could have been much better. There are various issues with it: clashing graphics, confusing graphics, (looking like you can interact with it while you actually can't) Tails_155 styled decoration, (also known as crazy dirt shapes. most people don't mind this, but if you do, stay out. this hack has a lot of this.) empty backgrounds, an eye-searing background and very flat looking edits of original graphics.
There is something that is very unique, though: Mario has unique positions when you duck/look up. It's a silly yet nice idea, and I haven't seen this before, so this was a nice addition.
Other than that, there is not much to say. There is custom music, and it usually fits the level themes, but it's broken in accurate emulators.
There is not much to say about the story too. Apparently, Mario found himself on an unknown land. I have heard many stories like this before.
