Description: | This is my second 1 world demo of Mario is Missing 2 using IBZ100's "alternate" SMW gfx. It's a semi-vanilla hack that tries to go back to the original Super Mario World days of crazy level design, full explorable worlds, secrets, and shortcuts that made it one of the best Mario games ever made. Read the readme for known glitches, download, and enjoy. fixme: loud noises at the beginning of music in accurate emulators. |

The design is good. A traditional one, without too many difficulties so that you can get used of the new jump height. Despite it being linear at times, it's quite enjoyable, it really works as a first world of a bigger hack we'll probably never see. Not much more to say.
The aesthetics are good. Not a fan of the base hack used here, but atleast, the tiles assembling is good. Loved the silhouette level, maybe my favourite of the demo.
As only issue I spotted, loud noises occur when a music loads in accurate emulators. I'm tagging a fixme here.
Overall, a good demo. This is how a good first world should be. 4/5.
