It's a waiting game - lots of Bullet Bills and lots of trekking with items in those tight areas. The part where the shell has to hit the block to give you a Star can be irritating to get through when big. The palette is appropriately depressing considering it's a haunted level. I'm not a fan of the land formations. There is no reward for getting either exit and the exits are not recorded.
Trying to bring the spring board down the pipe to fight Big Boo results in a fatal sprite tile memory problem where the boss will not spawn and you are forced to die, and this desperately needs fixing.
