Explanation, this patch hijacks this code:

I don't see ANY checks of the ducking flag $73. It only checks the powerup status at $19. This means if you are big/fire/cape *and* you are ducking, this collision code will still assume you are 2 blocks high.

Major Flare
Tested with: Asar 1.71, ZMZ 1.08, SA-1 1.32 and LM 3.04.

Converted to SA-1. Aside of that, this patch is already up to the standards and requires no remoderation.
