Description: This tools converts game music files into midi format.

Unlike spc to mml tool, this is useful for remixing music or or non-SNES music midis not in vgmusic or other download sites.

Note: does not work on windows XP, it might work on windows vista and future version (haven't tested because my computer is old and haven't got a new one). But here is another proof from the author:

(Again, the authors box here must contain at least 1 author who is registered on smwc, thats why GreenHammerBro was there, I can't have only the real author's name, it errors and refuses.)

I dunno if it's the same version as mine but I've used it a few times on Windows 10 with DS ROMs and it worked very well. So, Win10 compability confirmed?

@bandicoot: MP3 would be very hard. In fact, you can't even really convert it into a MIDI file as the former is in wave format while the latter is a channel based music file. What sound engines are supported are written in the readme (readme.md can be opened with the notepad, btw).
