Description: | This set of asm patches allows the user to edit the player tilemaps in Super Mario World without the use of an external tool. It is ideal for making and distributing new player tilemaps. In all, four patches are applied to the hack: - playertilemap_small.asm - playertilemap_super_fire.asm - playertilemap_cape.asm - playertilemap_special.asm Use the included image to help you figure out how Super Mario World's player tiles are ordered and numbered within GFX32. No freespace is required, since it is just editing the original tilemap. Tester's note: Very handy, easy-to-use patches to adjust your player's tilemap. Simple, but effective. Well done. |
