Description: We have one patch here that allows usage of tile 83, and there's some hex edits in the ROM map that allows use of tile 69. But both of those makes it use the other of them instead.
This patch allows using both at the same time by moving would-be 83s and 69s offscreen.

For anyone wondering what this is a bit more specifically, this frees up two 8x8 tiles in the default sprite graphics files that go in SP1 and SP2 (GFX00 and GFX01). If you look closely, you can see an empty 8x8 tile at the top part of the water splash sprite GFX in GFX00, and above the walking koopa's head in GFX01. This patch allows you to use these spaces without it affecting those two sprites' GFX.

Also clears up at least one vanilla GFX issue involving glitchy score sprites, too.

I forgot to add this in my hackjam entry so there was some glitchyness, I won't let that happen again

Tested with: Asar 1.71, ZMZ 1.08, SA-1 1.32 and LM 3.04.

This patch is already up to the standards and requires no remoderation.
