I'm posting this because you made a remake of THAT Super Mario ripoff.

I have to agree with Wakana. The laggy section has started on screen 0B. Also, some music choices are weird like the cavern music fits hard the water level or ice level music in the castle wall level. Otherwise, it's a fun-to-play hack and I don't dislike this.

Wakana is absolutly right.

This is not a hack for someone who search the biggest puzzle or gimmick hack, its just very challanging, action based and fun for a player that search a challange.

really nice one.

Wakana
This hack is pretty fun I must say. I adjusted the difficulty to "very hard", since it'd fit more imo. Despite this, I liked it; pretty challenging, yet manages to keep that SMB1 feeling.

Worth accepting, although there are some issues I'd like to point out. A fix for these would be lovely:

-This section is nice, although the disco shell in a good 50% of times falls trough the left ledge. So you have to get back and make it respawn. I'd suggest to add a block so that the shell won't fall on the left.
-These slopes feel a bit weird when you walk on them. Are you sure they have the correct actlike?
-Uhh... could've been avoided.
-This section (or level in general) has massive slowdown issues. Reduce the amount of sprites per screen.
-Small cutoff.
-When an enemy falls in lava here, garbles appear. This happens because you didn't set the right SP4, which has the correct lava particles.
-Could've been avoided as well.
-This song gets weird at some point (as you can listen). Maybe I'd blame the jumping grinders you used: they litterally destroy your SFX when they're on screen. Thank god they don't break the rom, but in case you plan to submit a fix, look at my comment here. Applying that change in the asm file of your grinders should fix the issue with sfx and with the wrong music instruments.

4/5
