As said, the design isn't the best kind. Many sections are flat and boring, sometimes even with not so many enemies that are in your way. It's not totally bad though, there are a few parts that are still enjoyable. For the most part, though, it's boring.
Aesthetic-wise, it's okay-ish. There are some small cutoff here and there, but for the most part is good enough. Not many shenanigans here, just vanilla gfx and vanilla palettes. Not much more to say.
As only, major issue found, "The water path" can't be clearable, since the exit placement after you enter the pipe is wrong and you die instantly. I guess this is worth to point out as fixme; eventually mods can change this.
Overall, yeah, an easy hack. Not very busy, but it could get boring due to the repetitiveness.
