Description: Fixes a bug in smw that allows the player to hit the block multiple times before the bounce sprite turns it into $152 (such as freezing ($9D set) while the block has been triggered and being hit by 2 sprites at the same time).

Also fixes a bug where sprites being hit always goes away from the player (but this will modify other things too, such as yoshi stomp and cape spin, in order to make this work correctly).

Seems to work fine, also I recommend using the latest UberASM Tool version (1.2), since this resource requires SA-1 sprite defines and the 1.1 version of the tool doesn't support them.

Also, this requires the user to save a level at least once in order to get this to work.

I'll leave this unmoderated for now, since it uses sprite addresses on the uberasm code. UberASMTool should include these sprite defines, so we have some sort of standard among our tools.
