@Nimono I have spent hours trying to fix these problems with no success, but i guess it doesn't matter considering this hack is canceled anyways.

Your hack has some problems. For starters, once you hit the main overworld, all the events are triggered incorrectly. The second level there triggers the path that should be revealed after BUTTER BRIDGE, and the level after that one reveals the path to BUTTER BRIDGE! Second, Hammer bro hills is extremely frustrating and near-impossible to beat without getting hit due to the placement of the Hammer Bros and the fact that their hammer throws are incredibly frequent. You should keep that in mind when using these enemies!

Speaking of that level...if you had started a file on a previous version and beat it, nothing happens. You don't even get to go to the next level. Starting fresh lets you go to the next level, but the tile's settings allow you to go there without beating it, and beating Hammer bro hills still doesn't do anything. No automove, no save prompt, nothing. I even checked the ROM and it's set to make a save prompt, and the level's not marked as cleared by default, so what's going on???

@PJHacker how do I fix the game over ?
It's much more fair to save after every level

I found two problems.
One: In the first level I hit the turn blocks from below so I could backtrack to the mushroom that was lying about and ended up crushed in the wall.
Two: Every time I game over, I end up back at the title screen. I should be going back to the OW with all my unsaved progress gone.
Please fix these two issues in future updates.

@Nimono the blocks inside the ground are decoration

You show some promise, but at the same time, it needs some heavy work. The levels are all very short and insanely easy, but not rejection-worthy. Your palettes are a bit hit-and-miss, some being too bright (such as the one in the level you say can't have bullet shooters), some being alright. Also, you have a strange habit of putting blocks inside terrain- this causes some pretty clear cutoff, such as on pipes and the ? Blocks! Always think about your placements so tiles don't look so odd, ok?

It's pretty clear you're learning as you go, so if you're concerned the quality is going to be terrible, why not just release it only on the forums, for people to give you tips, pointers, and advice? ^_^ Still, keep at it! I don't doubt you'll grow~

@PJHacker I prefer when goombas don't fall down , and as I said : the first levels are going to be worse than the last ones , I do NOT believe that goomba behavour causes "cheap difficulty"

The esthetics are hard on my eyes and my brain, and you should put your better-designed levels as the first ones or better yet just go back and redo the first four levels that you made. Also please fix the goombas so that they walk off cliffs because I kept dying in level 1-1-1 because I kept jumping to the edge of a platform and had a goomba walk into me or worse, I would hit the side of it even though I would have been fine otherwise. This is cheap difficulty, and cheap is bad. Fix these issues and I will give it another go.

I set the difficulty to normal , not easy , someone changed it.

fun fact : if you fall down gray mountain , don't worry , you can do some rock climbing to get back up

firstly,I think you want to troll the player because this hack can't be judged as easy,but more "normal" or "hard" because on many hacks I seen levels like the first four,on an hack called hard...a noobie can't be able to do those levels.
I don't care of techniques of hacking for esthetics reason,so I can't judge equally,because for me counts other things on an hack...but I like this style.those pipes are pretty cool to look^^

I think the only thing that is absolutely an error,is:no Castle level as final of this demo...and the last level,is the worstest on all ways of this hack.I suggest to use as one of the very first because is much more easier than others(the only worth to be called "easy difficult" in my opinion)
I think you trolled us too,saying that you will not continue this...because the potential is great,I played worts hack of more experienced creator than you.The Goombas that get you back shells,make me more than a smiles^^XD

Sorry, I don't know what to say about this. It was just things placed in LM without much regard for level design because that's what first hacks tend to be. Do continue hacking, you'll improve and get more ambitious over time.
