When using the GFX, several of my sprites disappear, and the yoshi's tongue does not exist.
How do you enter that GFX file without damaging the sprites originating from the game?

Even if I use valid extensions, this sprite crashes the game. I'm using either PIXI 1.1 or 1.2. I don't remember exactly which. I've had to switch PIXI versions a lot just to get everything working in my hack.

A nice and flexible sprite with a wide variety of uses. Keep in mind that it uses the extra byte, so be careful not to corrupt your level data. Values above 3 will crash the game.

I added SA-1 compatibility and fixed the death frame when it gets killed by a star. A small portion of the code has been simplified, too.

Is this sprite SA-1 comaptible, because the sprite doesn't show up in-game? And whenever I insert the sprite the extension values show up in LM, same thing happens with the fire snake but freezes the game.
