There's a graphical glitch with this sprite when using the snes9x

If you want the spider to actually touch the ground and hurt small/ducking Mario, open the cfg file with CFG editor, and change "object clipping". The original is set on 01, put 08.

I actually want the spider to hurt Mario in the situation shown in screenshot 2. How would I go about doing that, changing it's hitbox to be bigger underneath and reach a crouching Mario?

A second update from me (authorized by Blind Devil) to add an option to have the sprite die immediately (just like any normal Super Mario World sprite) instead of falling to the ground and then dying after a couple of seconds. Check the ASM file for details.

Fixed squished state sprite interaction with the player, as it was possible to capespin, kill it with fireballs/kicked sprites or eat with Yoshi during this state. Removed unnecessary code. Added screenshot, tags and SA-1 support.
