This is an oversight that has existed since the original OW Sprite, but can it be fixed?#smw{o_O?}

Tested with: Asar 1.71, ZMZ 1.08, SA-1 1.32 and LM 3.04.

This patch is already up to the standards and requires no remoderation.

Works fine.
I do have made a small edit in the patch: I removed the AddmusicK check and made it so that it always leave the first five bytes of $04FFB1 free. Sure, it wastes some bytes in the vanilla game but that way, you won't need to reapply this patch after using AddmusicK (just once, though), not to mention that AddmusicK is so common and you also can't edit tweaks.asm to stop this problem.

Keep in mind that this sprite is incompatible with the overworld sprite tool. But that shouldn't be a problem anyway since this patch is made for people who wants to use the arrows without the overworld sprite tool anyway.
