Description: This is the second boss battle theme from Cave Story, a game made by Daisuke Amaya, A.K.A Pixel (yes, only one guy made this entire game, including the music; just like another Japanese guy which doesn't stop drinking for shit). This should be best suited as a boss battle which needs some degree of intensity.

The result is an arrangement that is much more versatile and interesting than the original. In particular, the electric guitar is spot-on in that it captures the feel of the original and refines it into something more nuanced. Nevertheless, I do think that this track would benefit immensely from some tweaks, such as changing the choir and string samples as Wakana said, as well as perhaps making the bass synth less staccato. 4/5

Yeah, tbh, I need to remake this sometime myself; this was a port that I did when I was still fairly new with AMK, and since then I've improved quite a bit and can probably do a better job now

thanks for the comment tho :V

Quality-wise, it's decent. I must admit that I'm not really into this arrangement, your samples choice is a bit questionable here (it's like you're mixing MMX with Secret of Mana pretty much). In other terms, the choir and the strings samples bug me when listening the ensemble.
Txt-wise, it's acceptable. I don't see many other ways looping could be better than this.
    3/5

Side note to whoever will use this: lower the master volume (wXXX value) since, even if it's 140, it's still kind of loud in-game.
